n Fray Island, at 8:00pm, a contest was held to find the strongest follower of Warchief Thrall. Contestants would fight each other until they could barely stand. Many spectators arrived to watch the one-on-one duels of strength. Blood was split as the crowd cheered, but order was maintained by a group of unarmoured orcs.

From the poster in Orgrimmar advertising the contest, it takes place once every

year. It was organised by Ruk and Gorlak Bloodskull.

Ruk is a brave warrior and cunning leader. Besides starting the duels, Ruk also acted

as a referee to uphold the rules of combat and ensure they were not broken. Both the duellists and the crowd behaved well, never once tried to brake the rules.

Although the event was short, and no Blood Lord (the title given to the strongest follower) was crowned that day, two duels were hosted, with more to follow on subsequent days. The duels were:

1. Aldrig, a forsaken mage, verses Naxx, an orc warrior.
2. SnorkyOrky, another orc warrior, verses Crits Blackhand, an orc rogue.

Out of these the first was won by Aldrig and the second by Crits Blackhand.

Amazingly, a dwarf joined the crowd to watch the duels. He almost seemed to be able to speak orcish. His dialect needed much improvement, with many of his words jumbled and confusing. Even though many of the combatants, and even the crowd, may hate alliance, no harm came to him.

The only complaint that has been reported to me was of flying fish inhabitants of the island attacking the crowd. Even this did little to dampen the hordes spirits.
